• Take all calls and inquiries from potential buyers​.

• Show the boat to prospective buyers  and conduct test rides (if necessary)

• Bring all reasonable offers to you for consideration.

• Act in your best interest to negotiate and complete the sale.

When the transaction is finalized, we prepare a Bill of Sale, obtain the necessary signatures and collect all the funds.  Our brokerage fee is 10%, the industry standard.
